Anyone know a good BMW transmission shop near ICAD?

So my 2013 528i has been acting up lately, rough shifts especially when cold and sometimes a weird delay going into reverse. I took it to a general garage in Mussafah and they basically told me they don't want to touch the gearbox, said I need a specialist. Fair enough I guess. Started looking around online and found a few mentions of a BMW specialist in the area that deals with ZF units specifically, which is what my car has. But before I commit I wanted to ask here if anyone has actually used them or knows another place doing expert BMW transmission repair near ICAD. I'm in Abu Dhabi so Mussafah area works fine for me. Not looking for the cheapest option, I just want someone who won't make it worse. Car has about 140k km on it now. Any firsthand experience would help a lot, I don't want to keep driving it like this and risk damaging something bigger.
